About Me

My name is Paul Del Vechio and I am in my fourth year at Rutgers School of Engineering, studying Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.

I love a good challenge and can't stand stagnation without purpose. Boredom is my adversary. When it comes time to work, I am a force to be reckoned with. I am extremely resourceful and love having to solve a problem that requires out-of-the-box thinking. I live my life with purpose and make the most out of every moment. I am a people person and absolutely love meeting and working with others. I am a natural leader, but I never let that get in the way of the task at hand; I listen closely and never take for granted what others have to say. I am an extremely hard worker, and I can take responsibility for my actions, right or wrong. A failure is only a failure if you fail to learn from it.

Typically, I fill my free time working on my car, learning a new skill, embarking on a new project, or spending time with friends and family. Check out some of my projects and hobbies below.

Academics

Although I am in my fourth year at Rutgers School of Engineering, I am only in my third year studying Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. I spent a year and a half studying Materials Science Engineering, which is still a subject I love. I changed my major not to get away from Material Science Engineering, but to stay true to my passion and avoid the missed opportunity to obtain a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering.
